This property is horrible. The management is terrible, maintenence is non existence. The washer and dryer rooms are disgusting and continually flood. Half the residents don't speak English and the manger Maria will never talk to residents when they have a problem. This is nothing more han a section 8 type property that over charges for their apartments. DO not waste you money here!

Keep looking. We are moving out and will not renew the lease. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone. Horrible lack of service to current residence after you have moved in. This is coming from many residents here not just me. You will never get a human on the phone ever no one will ever return your calls and when you finally find someone at the office they give you the look. Live Roaches in the bathtub, kitchen, pantry. Hardly any running water pressure is so low you can hardly wash your dishes test it you'll see. I have heard them say it's a city issue. A lot of drug activity here. People that don't live here hanging around all hours of the night. Broken down wrecked and totalled vehicles allowed to be stored here. The lease says no vicious dogs yet pit bulls Shepard's etc are everywhere. People leave their dogs locked in hot garages. Broken sidewalks, if something breaks good luck they will never show up or return your calls, broken glass from smashed car windows, no mention of any courtesy officer on site, when you call the office after hours there no dispatch for after hours maintenance issues. Cars flooded during Harvey and the complex street area floods during downpours. Loud music late at night. HPD has been called but they are busy and take a while to show up. Broken down washers and dryers. Washed a ton of clothes only for the new washers to have a broken spin cycle had to load soaking wet clothes in my car on my leather seats. Neighbors say the staff list good reviews themselves in order to overshadow the truth. More people than not are moving when their lease is up. Next call will be to the property owners and to the management company or the news. Don't waste your money it's expensive and it's all cosmetic. Promise of pool and gym has never happened. They just show you the upgrades but the work is shoddy. Tiny bathtubs, old.

These apartments have had bad service for a long time but new management has blown the old one out the water. Terrible, terrible.management. They are doing "renovations" and inconveniencing every tenent on the mean time.

If you move here, and you have more than one car, then you will a nightmare. Another problem is the roaches.

the ------- girl is RUDE AS HELL. She has no personality whatsoever, I tried leasing here and she was just straight up, did not smile, did not hesitate on providing excellent customer service skills. she was racism and she looks ------------ and more ------- than me she looks ------. If she wants to work with people she needs to be working at a funeral home instead. Glad I did not move here. I hope that that latin girl in the front desk gets fired soon b/c she has no human personality whatsoever. i walked to the next property complex behind them CEDAR BRANCH APARTMENTS and woowww what a difference a polite and very nice lady there with a lot of customer service skill , finally she shows me the new remodeled units . at the end i find my home and sign my lease,. woow im glad that i stay here.

These apartments are terrible. My husband was robbed at gunpoint and we constantly hear gun shots and guys walking around smoking. I' am pregnant and have a 1yr old daughter. After the incident the damn "office staff" still has not notified residents of the situation for their safety. I feel as though Irene does not care for the residents and has a very bad attitude. I would not recommend these apt. to anybody. AWFUL!!

I LIVE ON PROPERTY AND I AGREE THAT THE OFFICE MANAGER IRENE IS HORRIBLE. SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PICK HER BATTLES. SHE WILL HASSLE TENANTS FOR MINOR ISSUES, FOR EXAMPLE HAVING ONE TOO MANY PEOPLE LIVING IN ONE UNIT, BUT IS NOT CONSISTENT. SHE HAS ALLOWED A CONVICTED SEX OFFENDER TO RESIDE ON PROPERTY WHICH IS SO IRONIC IS THE APARTMENT RIGHT NEXT TO THE OFFICE. THE COMPLEX IS FULL OF CHILDREN LIVING THERE AND IRENE HAS DONE NOTHING TO HAVE THE SEX OFFENDER EVICTED. PARKING IS A BIG ISSUE AND YES THE AIR CONDITIONING IS VERY BAD. THE MAINTENCE GUY THAT WORKS ON THE AIR CONDITIONING IS WORTHLESS AND WALKS AROUND DOING NOTHING ALL DAY. I WILL BE MOVING OUT AT THE END OF MY LEAST IN DECEMBER. DO NOT MOVE HERE VERY ------!!!!!!!!

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This apartment complex is a nightmare. Breakins and crime, office staff is awful (any idiot can get a job here) Irene is rude and does not have any idea on how to treat people. They will nickel and dime you for everything but when a repair is needed they will do the basic and nothing else. The rats can be seen roaming around. The security guard goes around honking his damn horn at all times. Parking is a nightmare, you have to park far away. They break into cars daily and steal tires. I go to sleep thinking if my car will be there in the morning. Loud music on weekends and evenings and drug usage is rampant. Old apartments with horrible insulation, in the summer it is soooo hot and in the winter it is cold. Energy bills are high because of that. My average bill is $200 and I am careful to not use a lot of energy to save money. Overall I would not recomend this place, the staff especially the maintence people are untrustworthy. There are rumors they break into peoples homes since they have a key and it has credibility.

the hassle is not worth living here, the office staff has no clue how to treat people, especially irene. loud music on weekends and constant break ins into cars and apartments. the police is always on property, nothing ever gets really fixed, this apartment is horrible for the rent they charge, next to a bayou and the rats are a common sight. good luck if you move into this dump. the maintenence people are all lazy and some i wonder if they are the ones breaking into peoples apartments. no working laundry on property and no pool. it is close to everything but the crowd that rents here is awful and scary, dope dealers everywhere, and sometimes prostitutes can be seen walking around, and the police questioning them. not a place for families, look down the street and you will find better apartments and cleaner. parking is impossible after 4pm, you have to park so far away.
