I haven't had any problems with this apartment complex since I moved in. Most people keep for themselves. There isn't really a lot of contact with your neighbors, which is good unless you live around the pool area and then and you have kids and you have a bunch of those parents and kids hanging out up there but it's been great so far..

Legacy Pines is a well-manicured, nice community in a quiet, friendly setting. The office and maintenance staff are top-notch and expedient in responding to all requests. The property owners have made great strides in upgrading each unit with digital locks and thermostats. The buildings have new roofs, fresh paint, and upgraded amenities. The complex is in a great location with easy access to schools, restaurants, and shopping. Needless to say, I am a satisfied tenant of Legacy Pines Apartments.

I like how safe I feel like the apartments, but I hate how no one picks up after their pets. There's always poop in the grassy areas around the cars. The only other complaint I have is the lack of parking. If I don't get home before 6pm, I can't find parking near my building. It's really really frustrating. I don't really get to use the amenities, which is a bit disappointing. I would probably rate this place a 3/5, simply because of the parking issue and a people not picking up after their pets.

This is a beautiful community. I have a few cons. I hate that this community is listed as an upscale community and there is carpet everywhere. All of the appliances are white. In my experience white appliances and carpet in every room is NOT considered luxury. Pros are the smart fixtures such as you don't need keys to enter your home it's a coded entrance. You can control your thermostat from your phone, along with some of the light switches and fixtures in your home.
