Weeds, trash, and dead trees in front of property
In an effort to hide the massive amount of brush/weeds, which is growing over six feet tall in his entire back yard, property owner has recently cut a small strip of brush to make it harder for the city to see the overgrowth from the street. Property owner didn't even bother removing the brush he cut, instead pushing large amounts of dead brush/weeds into the middle of the yard to die. The smell of feces and urine is overwhelming!!! The yard is literally covered in dog feces that has been accumulating for years. It is truly disgusting!

I'm new to the neighborhood, and I'v driven by this property many times thinking it was simply abandoned. The house looks like it's rotting, and the yard is full of old newspapers and tall tree saplings. Recently, I started walking my child to the middle school a couple blocks away. During our walks I've learned that not only is the sidewalk impassable due to a build up of debris, but the property is covered in dog mess. I've never seen so much dog mess in my life, and the smell Is overwhelming.
The smell of feces coming off this property is overwhelming. The vindictive property owner refuses to pick up his dog's feces or take care of his yard and house.
Front yard is full of trash and dog feces. Property owner has NEVER cleaned up the feces from his dog. There is literally at least 13 years worth of dog feces in the yard at this point. Property owner also has a rotting mattress that appears to have been in his back yard for years now. Additionally, due to the overall rotting condition of the house, the property is full of rats which are spreading to nearby neighbors.
Property is overgrown, full of trash, stinks of dog feces and urine, and is infested with rats. The health department really needs to investigate at this point.

Due to the decrepit condition of property owner's house, and the accumulation of trash and debris, the property is attracting large numbers of rats. This reporter has witnesses rats entering into property owner's house on numerous occasions. The rats are now spreading to nearby houses thanks to this property owner'
