311 email request[Message Came from Outside the City of Houston Mail System]There is an open pipe with raw sewage spilling out on 1109 Ruthven Street, 77019. It is open and visible at the back of the lot.There is also raw sewage in the backyard of 1108 Cleveland Street.It is believed that all this is coming from the home on Cleveland street. HOWEVER I AM UNSURE WHY BC THERE IS A LARGE PILE OF DEBRIS AND TRASH THAT HAS BEEN ON THE CURB SINCE THE MIDDLE OF DECEMBER. ACCORDING TO THE HCAD THE RESIDENCE IS OWNED BY BIBLEWAY BAPTIST CHURCH, WHICH IS LOCATED NEXT DOOR
A REQUEST WAS SENT 4 MONTHS AGO FOR THE TENANTS TO CLEAN UP WOOD AND VINES THAT COVERED THE HOUSE AND AN OVERGROWN YARD. THE INDIVIDUALS CLEANED UP SOME OF THE YARD HOWEVER SINCE DECEMBER THERE HAS BEEN A GIANT PILE OF RUBBISH AND TRASH THAT CONTINUES TO GROW. IT OBSTRUCTS THE SIDEWALK AND AT TIMES IT OVERFLOWS INTO THE STREET.
