I am reaching out to you since We (myself and the home community at Sherwood Terrace) have been battling with the Home2Suites hotel (located at 1106 Sherwood Forest St, Houston, TX 77043) behind our community to install shields on their parking lights for the past 5 years. They also have a pool and a patio which is lit up all night, every night regardless of the season. They use curved high-lumen, daylight bright LED lights in the parking lot just like in a car dealership. The excessive lighting
