Nuisance On Property
trash on the 11030 Sagevalley Dr. yard and a grocery cart on this property. Looks trashy and sometimes the trash blows over to my yard. Also, they have a pibull that gets out of the torn up fence and has charged at my household 3 different times. The landlord has not taken care of the issue when I have brought it to his attention in the past.Please help and keep me anonymous for my households safety.
These are the addresses of the two houses near me, across the street and next door to me, 11030 Sagevalley Dr and 11031 Sagevalley Dr. They have dumped (dressers, couches, household items, old toys, cardboard boxes, etc) over a month ago. There are mattresses and more trash down the street at other houses.
