This work has NOT been completed as of 7:30 p.m. today. No one has even looked at it in months. As far as the quality of service I would rate it at a minus 5 if it was available. I have been trying to get this mess picked up since July and the city refuses to pick it up. These lots are empty FEMA lots owned by the county, so either the county or the city one needs to get out here and pick up this mess.
The waste started appearing on the empty lot in May and has been getting larger every month, since the entire neighborhood sees it as a free dumping site. Ever since it first appeared in May heavy trash has completely bypassed it every time they had a heavy trash/tree debris pickup day.
