resident states the can remain on the street daily they have been there for 8 weeks and she keep making reports

House owner continues to leave city of Houston trash cans on the street. Trash on side of house continues to build up.
Trash and recycle bins are always left on the street. Worst now the trash is carried out to the bins left on the street. The recycle bin is also used as a trash bin. Picture of bins left on the street is available on google maps. This is an ongoing issue.I opened up a complaint before and the complaint did not rectify the issue.I am going to start reporting this issue on a weekly basis.
