This is the best place that I have ever lived. The property is peaceful and beautiful and the staff is attentive and friendly. Service is done with a smile and they know my name. I work from home and I appreciate the peace and quiet the enables me to work without interruptions.

The Staff are amazing and they know that Each and Every Tenant Counts and they are always willing to help as much as possible to solve any opportunities that may occur on the property. They explain things to you so that you can get a better understanding of what is at hand

The apartment maintenance is responsive to the service request asks by the client. I admire the simple way to communicate with the apartment customer service even late in the afternoon or night time. I really like this apartment.

I couldn’t be any happier. I recently moved from a newer apartment complex and the attention to detail and customer service is beyond excellent. The unit is clean. Layout is very spacious with the vaulted ceilings. Apartment is surprisingly efficient for the age and the complex is safe. The views surrounding the complex are nice and the neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. Audria and Elly were amazing throughout the process and have made my transition a breeze. Overall I highly recommend Crystal Falls and am so happy I moved here.

Quiet, very well located, close to medical center, sugarland, memorial city. close to main supermarkets, gas stations. Neighbors are very respectful, the ladies running the place are super nice and helpful

I can't enter my correct move in year of 1997. Please update the date ranges. How can you get accurate information. Also remove the character minimum on the response. Not everyone want to type this much. I could say thr same thing in fewer characters.

Not a large Apartment complex, which is what I like. Lighting in and around the apartments is well lit easily to see your surroundings. Well gated when working. Grocery stores easy access.Overall a safe complex to live.

I have lived here for a few years now and it has been a great experience, which is whi I have stayed so long. I do however wish the staff would enforce the tags so that needed parking spaces are available for tenants

maintenance is always fast to work and always make sure to fix every issue fast and they also make sure to clean up after and the staff are very professional living here is very safe and secure i would recommend to everybody
