Community is pretty quiet and upkeep is good. Maintenance is handled quickly. Monthly amenities fee is way too high. Wish they didn't include internet in it because we could get internet for less than what they charge us.

I moved in February so far I love the community the front office ladies are awesome very friendly. The maintenance workers are awesome as well and work gets done asap. The community is clean and the tenants are friendly. Would definitely recommend

Ever since I moved to this apartment I have never had any issues. Every thing done according to good standard. They respond to their residents concern on time. The community is always clean and they also organize activities all the time for their residents.

Great! The staff is very friendly and communicative, they made the moving process very easy and were very accommodating. The complex is clean and nice; the trash is picked up on time and there hasn’t been any pest issues that I’ve seen like in other complexes. They have community events that are really nice!

I love living at avasa the community is unmatched minus a few hiccups per any neighborhood but they do their very best to ensure we’re satisfied so I appreciate everyone including the maintenance. The whole apartment is really nice the only thing may be the greenery that we’re missing.

I’ve lived at Avasa for over a year now and absolutely love it. I just renewed my lease :) Not only is the location ideal right off I-10 and the Beltway but there is also everything else that a girl could need like grocery stores (Walmart, HEB, Target) and shopping (City Centre, Memorial City Mall, Ulta, Home Goods) all within like 5-10 minutes. I also feel like you get a good value especially with all the events they host and free fitness classes. The staff is one of the best parts, they are all super helpful and friendly. The maintenance is also usually pretty quick with work orders. Of course nothing is 100% perfect but you can tell they actually care and that goes a long way especially if you’ve experienced other property’s that could care less. I would definitely recommend moving to this community and have enjoyed my time here so far.

The complex itself is beautiful and everyone seems friendly and the staff I have met as have been great! As of right now because of the outcome of my maintenance request I would not recommend the apartments. I submitted a maintenance request to note several pre-existing issues in my apartment, including a flimsy barn door with chipping paint, rusty door stops, a chipped restroom door handle, scratches and paint discrepancies on doors, and a back door that is difficult to lock and close properly. As this is my first time living alone and I paid a $500 refundable deposit, I wanted to be responsible and make sure everything was documented early on. Unfortunately, the maintenance response did not address most of the concerns. Only one screw was added to the barn door, which did not resolve the issue and felt like an incomplete fix. While some cosmetic issues are not a major concern to me, my main priority is that these items are clearly noted as existing prior to my move-in. I value clear communication and professionalism and hope these concerns can be properly acknowledged and handled moving forward.

Great place to live with good location near everythjng like memorial mall and city center. Great staff, very griendly and truly care about their residents and give the best service. Maintenance team is also really quick and responsive.

The staff at the community has been amazing, and I feel very safe living here. I just wish the apartment had been in top-tier condition before my move-in so the experience could have matched the quality of the community.

Going on 2 and half years now, and nkt planning on moving. Property well maintained amd front office staff always have something fun planned for us every month , from fitness classes to painting class. Great place to live
