Copying this from my Google review: I lived here January 2015 - July 2016 Location: 5/5 for me - I personally rated the location of this apartment 5 out of 5 stars because of its closeness to Westheimer and most major highways (Beltway 8, Westpark Tollway, and I-59). It was 5 minutes from my work and allowed me to get everywhere quite quickly. It is approximately a 30 minute drive to Midtown/Downtown, so not perfect if you travel there frequently. Staff: 3/5 - The apartment leasing agents & management constantly change. Their niceness, willingness to help, and attentiveness depends entirely on the day. Some of the staff is polite and respectful and willing to help, while others are catty and sometimes rude. I get it... they deal with frustrating tenants regularly, but the disrespectful tone I was spoken to a few times left me with a somewhat bad taste in my mouth. In general though, they respond to your inquiries quickly and efficiently. You may have to follow up a few times depending on the complexity of your request. Apartment Features/Quality: 2/5 - Let's be honest here ladies & gentlemen... this isn't the nicest apartment. You're probably not thinking of moving here because you want luxury... you're thinking of moving here because 1. It has washer/dryer in the units, and 2. It's cheap. And to be honest... that's totally fine. The kitchens have all been remodeled which is actually incredibly nice. The refrigerators are spacious, the microwaves are nice, the stove is nice, etc. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is quite nice, albeit small. The rest of the apartment.... not as much. As other posters here have mentioned, the rest of the apartment is very old. They've painted over the walls so many times it looks like every wall has grey sludge on it, not paint. They paint over the light switches, power outlets, cable outlets, literally everything. It's almost like every time a tenant moves out they just explode a bomb with grey paint in the apartment and hope it sticks to everything. It gives a terrible look. Also, there is no ceiling fan in the bedroom. Other Comments: Price - Reasonable. I don't believe I'm allowed to post exactly what I paid on here, but I had a middle-of-the-road 1BR apartment with water & trash included, and it was under $1,000. The prices have risen substantially since I started living there, so I would expect to pay $1,000 total at this point for an apartment of my size. Roaches - Are there roaches? Yep. It's not horrible though, as some of the people on here like to claim. In my 1.5 years of living there found 3 large roaches, and a number of babies. If you're not a slob, they'll mostly stay away. I was on the first floor, which in any apartment complex is the worst for roaches, so overall I'd say it was fine. Demographics - Most of the tenants at Belvedere are lower income, and this should be expected considering it is relatively cheap compared to other apartments in the area. That being said, all my neighbors were very courteous and quiet. I'm a young professional white male, and while I may have been the minority at Belvedere, I truly enjoyed everyone who lived around me and have no complaints there. Safety - I was informed by the leasing office when I moved in that there had been no break-ins at Belvedere for many years and the apartment was incredibly safe. Let me just say that's total --------. I received a number of e-mails during my time there notifying residents of break-ins. As a matter of fact, my close friend who lived in another one of the units at Belvedere had his apartment broken into and all his valuables stolen. I would HIGHLY suggest investing in a home security system. Overall, Belvedere Westchase is... just all right. It's not bad, it's not great. It's a reasonable deal, so if you're thinking of doing it... sure. Go ahead.

Love the fact that the complex is quiet and the grounds are clean. The office staff is very good about hearing your needs and getting them taken care of within a reasonable time frame. Looking forward to the remaining months in our lease. We're very satisfied with our stay thus far and would recommend giving them a try.

I love it here. Considering we came from a Class A apartment complex, my expectations were low, but I honestly prefer this complex over the previous one! The people are so nice and the apartments are designed in a way that better suits out needs.

I will not recommend this apartment. The management cannot be reached. They keep on changing the managers and staff. Whatever the previous manager told or promised, the new manager mentions something else. For me it is very difficult to trust the management now. Angela the current manager is very rude. It is very difficult to get hold of her. I spend several hours trying to reach/call the higher managers. Nobody replies to email and call back on time. I called every number on their website (http://www.trinity-pm.com/contact). Each number is a machine recording and the message goes into a black hole. In the middle of my leasing contract they added trash pick up fees (mandatory). Two of my neighbor were robbed not long ago. We have roaches in our apartment even though we keep our apartment very clean. One of my neighbors had bad rat problem. They are moving out too.

Not good. I am new to this city and I thought bugs would be gone after I have requested the apartment to be sprayed and cleaned. Now that I have moved in, couple of hours I still see activity everywhere, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom.....I do not even have food! I knowe for sure I did not bring bugs here! Pure disappointment

So so. The apartment was not profesional cleaned as they say it will be. My car was tow at 5 am by some one unknow for the management. When I have required mantenance the job is well done. I think the girls at the office could be more helpful. Ps: two of my plastic car's tag were stolen in the parking lot.

Ever since Vincent and Jordan left, the office management has gone down hill. They would both walk the complex. I rarely see the current out, unless showing an apartment. Too many potholes not getting fixed. No discount when renewing lease.
