The resident provided a plumbing invoice stating a belly at the city connection which will cause reoccurring sewer issues. Please refer to plumber invoice attached. At this time, the private cleanout is down and flowing, but elderly resident is concerned of reoccurring sewer issue. Would it possible to refer this to the trace team to investigate further?
