THIS PLACE IS THE WORST BY FAR. THE MANAGEMENT TURNAROUND IS HIGH; THEY LOSE PAPER WORK; THE CEILING LEAKS; THE OFFICE WORKERS ARE VERY RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL;IF YOU CANT SPEAK SPANISH YOURE IN TROUBLE BECAUSE THEY WILL SPEAK ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM TO EACH OTHER LOOK AT YOU LIKE YOURE CRAZY AND THEN RESPOND IN ENGLISH (THATS NOT RIGHT);THEY TAKE FOREVER TO COME OUT TO FIX THINGS; THEN ON TOP OF ALL THAT THEY HALF WAY FIX IT."PLEASE RUN DONT LOOK BACK YOU CAN FIND BETTER !!!!!!!!"

This apartmeny complex is horrible. I have been living here only 5 months and the air has been broken 3 times already, one time it was for a whole week. They lie and tell you they fixed something when they haven't. They also hold your checks and they don't let you know if it was returned or not. I think they need a new management team.

This place is NO GOOD! Cars get broken in to, people get shot (not playing a gut that lived in building next to me) while children were outside in the middle of the DAY!<br>And management is worst of all!<br>The Manager MERCEDES, well she looks like she belongs at a street corner. Does she dress like she is is need for a man! And if you are married, or have a boyfriend, stay away she is a flirt!!! The office staff too, the girls go in capri jeans and their daughters blouses! The only professional one is the guy, dresses nice, not sure how he is because I never had to deal with him. But the girls, forget it, SLOW SLOW SLOW at EVERYTHING they do! So just keep looking!<br>

I moved in in January of 2004, a couple of months later my celing began to leak on rainy days. I reported it numerous times. But they seemed to be busy changing managers and office staff that It took a year and a ceiling collasp for them to fix. I had no lease and moved withput a 30 day notice and yes they consifered a broken lease. So I stayed with messed up rained out furniture and a bad lease holder and can't lease cause I have that on my credit.

I only been here 7 months and have a one year lease. The girls in the office are rude especially the manager. She is very unprofessional especially how she dresses. It looks like she is ready to go clubbing or is desperate to get a man. Now they have a guy in the office who is like a girl! They don't fix anything like they promise you.
