I love this community place! I left back in March due to unforeseen circumstances and now I am back! This apartment has been updated and and has all black appliances :) Nancy is the office manager and she is awesome! She is very helpful and understanding! Highly recommended!

Just minutes from the Freeway,Just 15 minutes to Downtown,20 to Montrose and 25 to the Medical Ctr. Quiet,Secure,Pool and a smalltown setting. Been here over a year and absolutely love it. Well worth the very low rent.

I have lived here for numerous years, maintence is very good. Office is availble and the atmosphere at the office and the apartments are very good. Nice nieghbors, a pool for all the tenants, and only thing you have to pay is the electric, phone, and cable.

We have lived here for 2 years now. It is a very safe environment. The manager is very nice and our neighbors too. Parking is okay and maintenance check is done every month.
