Water leak
Per Inspector comment via Service Number 20168330- No contact to be made. Similar situation which was founded during Inspection #1015495, foul smelling water holding in ditch near the customer's culvert. The nearby city-side cleanout is clear at this time, and the sewer main line is flowing properly at this time. No evidence of a wastewater issue found at this time. Refer to a Water Inspector, possible water leak
