Months ago the pool in the backyard popped out of the ground. Since that time an sewer odor has been noticible, particularly early morning when the wind is calm. It is possible sewer line was damaged by the pool and is now leaking under the pool. Waste water could be collecting under the pool causing the odor.

The pool has popped out of the ground and is continuing to come up. Concerned for structures and homes around it, in that the ground is unstable and will cause the homes around it to fall and the shifting of the soil may cause the plumbing, gas lines and electrical lines to break.
