THIS FAMILY IS A HOARDER. HAS LOTS OF TRASH IN FRONT YARD. THE FRONT DOOR IS BLOCKED. THE BACKYARD IS FULL OF TRASH CAUSING RATS AND SKUNKS. LOTS OF RATS AND MICE COME OUT OF THIS HOME
