I can understand people have issues about living here but why say its because of black people?!?!?!?! If the truth be told the owner is Jewish and believes anyone who lives on any of his properties are beneath him but he wants your rent money! They dont fix nothing and he doesnt give the office or maintenance the proper tools needed for sucess so to sum it up its not the class of people its the class of the owner. In all fairness if he cant give them money how do they expect to be able to do their job....

I moved into these apartment when my husband and I were first married and they were ok but then the started to play a game of musical management team! We never knew who they we´re or where to find them. We finaly had it when the folks upstairs, well the guy began urinating over the balcony onto our bbq pit and guys would smoke pot 10feet from my front door. Our car was broken into and we had a witness who knew the guy and told the office that he lived in the complex and where he live,guess what the office did...NOTHING!! We also had tons of problems in the apartment that were neglected! Like a whole about a foot long in the ceiling of our restroom that took them two years to fix!So truth be told save your money and move elsewhere!

No hot water unless you wake up at 3a.m.to shower. Sewer backs up into parking lot on a weekly basis. Infested with roaches and no pest control provided. Cannot keep anything of value in your vehicle without it being stolen. Constant drug use in the courtyard. Rude and terrible management. Dumpster is always overflowing with rotten smelly trash. The list goes on...I would be here all night.

WELCOME TO ALMEADA ------ APARTMENTS !!! <br>this has to be the worst apartment complex in houston without a doubt, it´s sooooooo funky the rats are waiting to move out !! <br>I would´nt send my worst enemy to reside in this ---- hole....the only good thing about this complex is that it´s close to almeada mall , atleast you´ll be able to get a change of scenery an get the hell of that run down mutha----a !!!
