Since move in, had issues with roach infestation, reported it to management and one year later, still there. Also had dishwasher and air conditioner breakdown. They never fixed the dishwasher, nor did they fix the air conditioner unit Instead they brought me a window unit one month later in July 2023 for one for a two bedroom apartment. Water leaked from the roof and window when it rain. Had mold and water damage all inside sheetrock and on the floor. I reported it to management and still upon my move out Feb. 2024; the damage or roof was never fixed. There were breakins all the time as well as people firing guns at night. I have never lived in any other place worse than this one. be sure you keep all of your pictures upon move in and when you move out. They will try to charge you for damages you never made or had in the apartment. Would give it a negative star if possible. One is too good for this place. NOT SAFE.

Alyssa was great! She is professional and kept communication with us. Whenever I had questions she was always available to answer in a timeline fashion. We are now moved in and she has still been so helpful.

I'm new and still haven't moved here yet but I can feel the positive energy since we met Alyssa the leasing consultant. She is very nice and cooperative. We hope to have good times in The Abbey at Jones Road. Alyssa is the best!

I've lived at this property for over 2 years now and the staff has always been friendly and reliable. The current upgrades to the outside and inside of the property are really nice. Definitely worth the price!

Although ive been living in this apartment for about 3 years, i am not going to be here forever. I love the convinience of living close to my job and thats what i like about this place. Otherwise, there have been all kinds of issues since i have lived here but i have to suck it up because that is apartment living. The issues that have gone on for years are water issues, as i posted on the portal wall about this issue and made aware of the staff and the new staff that keeps changing. Since the freeze in 2021 our water has been cut off randomly and at moments notice. Sometimes we dont have hot water for the whole evenings and we dont find out until we come home from work. The water issue is ongoing still and it was turned off this past week as well. Currently we are going through renovations and the contractors that were hired were very unprofessional and the leasing office was made aware of this immidiately. We had people drinking on the job and making these renovations, but you get what you pay for and thats abbey living. There have been break ins and stolen vehicles, mass text of accusations of smoking or tampering with smoke alarms. The staff can be nice but also very unprofessional in sharing information to only be returned to you by maintenance or even 3rd party contractors. The model home apartment is very well taken care of so beware when you finally get the apartment you signed a lease for. while i am here, i will do everything i can to make aware of these ongoing issues and to voice my concerns to other neighbors, this is the only way these issues can be trully resolved.

I’ve been living here about 2 months now. This is my first apartment in Houston. & I am happy to say I love it here ! My move in process was nothing short of amazing The neighborhood is quiet, the schools are amazing , maintenance rocks and the ladies in the leasing office are amazing. Communication is key & I love that they communicate & make sure updated information is put out. Thank y'all for all you do!

First, I want to say I have been dealing with the leasing office since early July August that’s when Diana was there. We review the model liked it but we’re trying to wait for the unit that we wanted which was a two bedroom two bath Diana did call to say she was retiring but we will be in good hands and gave me the information of the manager Alisha. It has been nothing but a very very smooth transition with Alisha and Alyssa being in the office all of my questions they answered no matter how many times I called . The unit is as it showed for the upgrades. The neighborhood is very very quiet. We came about 3 o’clock in the morning to see see if there was any type of activity, none at all, very, very quiet. The two bedroom two bath very reasonable price 985 ft.². I’m grateful for the management being able to work with us to get us in. I would highly recommend this quiet little community.

The office staff is amazing! They are very helpful, personable, and always willing to help. Everytime I come into the office they stop what they are doing and assist me in whatever I need. The two new people that are running the office now are just amazing.

Diana and Tammy are so nice and really welcome you in. My new apartment is very pretty, a little outdated but they said they are going to install new updates soon. I am amazed that every time I have called the office, they actually answer the phone. I am really glad I chose to move in here.
