The service line between my meter and the neighbors is leaking. It is a steady leak and causing both of our meter housings to fill up completely.The front yard above and surrounding the service line connection is wet. It has been this way for several weeks.Inside the meter housing, you can see that the intrusion of water comes from outside the housing from the service line.
