There is a big problem with trash, rats and junk on this property; There is a homeless guy living there with no running water and lights. The smell is horrible and the lot needs cutting; The home is in horrible shape. The homeless guy has taken over the vacant lot next door, as well. The address of that property is

There is a homeless guy living (squatting) there with no running lights or water. He collects junk creating that causes rats and roach problems for the rest of the residents in the area. I understand he has been cited many times for this but there is never a solution to the problem. We have even seen folks in the ôCity of Houstonö vehicles just sitting there talking and chilling with him. Please help.
