I live in apartment 2303 since 2017. I PAY for 2 "reserved" parking spots, 379 and 390. My car was towed last night saying that I was double-parked, and I was. However, once again I PAY for both spots. There are no signs posted that say you can't park like that or your car will be towed. I have video proof. I was told by Michael at the towing company that this a new contract for them that they received week ago. Once again, there was no communication given out to the residents regarding this. I was told by Pollet in the leasing office that I was responsible for getting my car back, and she threatened to take one parking spot away if I didn't need it, which I feel is absolutely ABSURD, since I pay for both spots. It is astounding as to how rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate the leasing office staff is. I pay TOO MUCH MONEY to live here to be treated this way. What am I paying for if I can't park in the 2 spots that I pay for, and WHO am I hurting? It is ILLEGAL to tow a vehicle without POSTED signs. This is causing me to miss work, losing wages all while we're already in the midst of a pandemic where so many people hours have been cut already such as myself. The staff here is HORRIBLE! Your money can be well spent ELSEWHERE! Oh, and let's not forget, you have no hot water at least once a month.

This is a horrible place to live we never have hot water we always pay our rent on time and our water is always off this is not the only time for the past year our hot water is off every other day . They never fix anything and the security here sucks I've been harassed by hoodlums in the parking lot . Alot of tenants have pit bulls not on a lease me and my small dog have been attacked several times. Management here is terrible.

This is a nice complex the staff is awful. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. The manager is never available for calls and the staff are so unconcerning is pathetic. They need to clean house, get rid of that staff and hire a new one including a manager.

The manager here is not understanding and she put stuff on people that's not even true trying to get all a person got when they done and when I lived here they was fine at first than they started doing shady stuff

This place has been out of hot water for 3 days .. I am about to call the city of Houston or whoever this matter concern.. how are we suppose to keep hand washing or following the guidelines without hot water. This is nasty I can't wait until my lease is up. NoHotWATER FOR 3 days I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO MOVE IN HERE

Based solely on my application experience, I would not want to live in this community. The entire thing has left me with heartburn. Don't waste your time or effort. The office staff is exasperating and not helpful.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ROACHES EVERYWHERE,NOTHING GET FIXED ,FOUNDATION PROBLEMS BECAUSE WALLS ARE CRACKING,REALLY RUDE OFFICE PERSONNEL YOU HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET THINGS FIXED ....PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!

Not a great place to live if you want anything done without a fight. Broken stair handrails, crooked sidewalks that are not wheelchair friendly, oh yeah, and raw sewage leaking out from under apartments. The driveway/road is also full of holes and broken concrete. The pools have been closed since just after we moved in. Every time I ask if they're going to re-open the pool they say they hope soon. If you want a remote for the gate, they charge $75.

Don't trust the staff! The staff that newly acquired the year 2014 was horrible.The staff they had before was much better. I had several problems. They left me without water for eight hours and without no notice. They will also have your cars towed without warning. Another thing is I put my notice into move and they told me they lost it. Luckily I took a picture of it. Then I asked someone would they do walk around my apartment before I left my key . The leasing agent told it wasn't necessary. Now they put a charge on my credit report without notice to me. Don't trust these staff or leasing agents.
