Weeds/Trash/Stagnant Water on Property
Vacant lot at 10605 Chesterfield St, Houston, TX 77051 has overgrown considerably. The neighbors are all elderly (over 75) and cannot maintain the lot. They fear snakes may be living in it now so it is a public health concern. Not to mention that when it grows up people begin dumping there. Please cut it down.
