7th time complex has been without water.
AAA Plumbing was contracted by the Apartment complex regarding the on going leak for a few days now on VALLEY FORGE DR at the end of the cul-de-sac and plumber stated it was on city side. Citizen stated its coming from the meter of the apartment complex and he doesn't want a high water bill due too it. THIS IS AN APARTMENT COMPLEX.

I have made several complaints to the manager of Belmont Place Apartments about the violation of smoke ordinance of a smoker violator, outside of the entrance of the building that another tenant and I resides in the building.
