Property is derelict and obvious health and safety threat among nicely maintained homes, including many occupied by senior citizens. Trash accumulating behind stacked items at rear of property. Property is never mowed. Column falling from front porch. Car continually parked in grass.
This residence is becoming dilapidated and the yard and fence are not being maintained. There is a potential for rodents or other vermin to be present. A refrigerator was recently removed from the front porch.

Yard is seriously overgrown and the driveway is full of junk. There is also a full size refrigerator on the porch. The house has been like this for at least a year.
