Apartment Management closed the wall from the outside of the unit and there are both DEAD and ALIVE BATS in the wall of the apartment. 2 minors in the apartment and managment just keep pushing off addressing the matter, Mr. Santizo states that you can hear some of the bats and it starting to smell like death in the apartment.
