311 Email requestAt 10530 they have been remolding for quite some time now. Dumpsters come & go. It says donÆt fill over this line but the workers are doing this. Trash everywhere blowing into our yards & glass everywhere & In front of the garage. They have had several violations in the past & now this mess!
