Falls of beechnut apt the maintenance man i have seen him several times going and un screwing soming in one of the outside breaker box for building 6 apt# 604 and iv heard my neighbor (604) complain how her lights keep cutting off they have to keep going a flicking the breaker back on cause it flicks off cause the maintenance man have loosened a screw that is connected to a thick black wire and it is very loos iv seen sparks com out wen the maintenance
Never any hot water to take a bath its always cold or luke warm and right now its cold outside and always hav this problem
