The resident at 10514 Sagewick has:1.Constructed a gate which is in violation of Deed Restriction. Deed Restriction allow for a 6Æ fence but the fence constructed is about 8Æ.2.Has done some construction in the back yard. The above mentioned fence was probably constructed to hide the construction.As far as the SPCIA (Sagemont Park Community Improvement Association) is aware there was no permit and approval from the SPCIA was never requested.Please investigate.Sincerely,Wayne HanksPresident SPCIA
