my kids and I feel very safe at this complex; walking distance to schools; friendly staff, clean pools; safe parking; been here a year now and have had no complains at all. I would definitely recommend.

Lived here for almost 2 years. Maintenance is pretty cool. Only issue I have is that there's not enough parking. The assistant Aida is so nice. She's helpful each time I talk to her. Alex and Dominic are sweet and I see them walking around all the time. I recommend this place

I love the staff at Belmont Place because when I need them the most they were courteous and very helpful! They recently provided me AH-MAZING customer service! Going above and beyond to assist me through a personal situation. They were all very kind and respectful during the stressful time, which is just what I needed! Thanks again Ladies!!!

I am very please with Belmont La Fontaine. Over the years I have enjoyed being apart of the community. The Manger Ms. Celia has improve the property. We now have a beautiful Gazebo where I entertain my family and friends. It's great but not only that the location is great and I am close to commute easily to my job, right off the beltway 8. I appreciate all the help the staff has done for me. I had a maintenance issue but they repaired my a/c within 24 hours. I LOVE IT HERE AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS HERE!!!

I have been resident here for a year and I am very satisfied with the service I received from the staff. The Manager has different functions for the community. I love my neighbors. Great coffee and treats in the community center. Plus, the location is great for me. Close to shopping, and Beltway 8. My apartment is spacious and I entertain my family and friends on special holidays. Belmont is a fun and relaxing place to live.

I have lived at Belmont Place almost 20 years it has turned into a dump. If you are thinking about renting from here please don't just go see an apartment when the office is showing you! Drive through the parking lot after hours and especially on the weekends. Trash all throughout the place its like no one can put the trash in the dumpster. People outside loitering and drinking... pit bulls and other dogs running around without a leash, people bar-b-quing on their patios against city parking i have to park out on the street by the school and I live near the office. Some people have about 4 cars parked right by their apartment and I a 59 year old woman get off at 11pm and I have to park by the school. I don't mind walking I walk 5 miles a day its just why should they have all the parking; how did they get the stickers for parking? Like I said beware it is horrible and the only reason I have stayed is because of money but now I don't care I can't take it anymore I don't care if I have to stay in a hotel or a shelter. Think about it and look around after hours yes there is a gate but it is always open or you can follow another car in. Check it out on the weekend and after hours. The cops will even tell you its a dangerous place to live.

Moved in 3 months ago and I have no problems other than the parking. I like to park backed in and I am not allowed. Other than that, I have to say, I will be here for a while. The leasing girl, Ana, helped me was nice and very helpful. I even got a present when I got my keys. I recommend this place.

Our roof, along with other tenant's roofs, has been leaking since december (it is now June 22). We now have active rainwater dripping into our living room, guest room, master bedroom, and master closet. We have been fighting with management since December to fix our leaking roof, to no avail. The inside of my apartment has a musty odor, indicative of mold growth in the damp drywall. When maintenance came by, the guy literally PAINTED over the wet dry-wall. I alerted the office, they told me that the paint was significant enough. Since then, brown liquid drips through the roof, every time it rains. I cannot have guests because of this; I am so embarrassed. I have reported all of this to the Better Business Bureau. Graffiti now covers to front entrance sign (I attached a picture as proof), children play soccer in the parking lot between parked cars (which is a danger to them and to drivers), I there are children EVERYWHERE, running around barefoot. Burglaries and shootings are very common, especially now that school is out for the summer. Empty beer bottles, used diapers, dog feces, and trash are the most prevalent features of this property. The rent night deposit box was robbed several times, so now there is no drop box for that (there is NO online payment option). I should have looked closer at this property before renting. For your own health and safety, please heed my warning and look elsewhere. Good luck.

I have just moved to this complex 2/15/16. So far I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The office staff has been courteous and very friendly. Any problem I had has been addressed within one to two days. The apartments have been renovated. They are very appealing inside and the apartments are huge. I have nothing but positive things to say about this complex. I hope it is a place I can call home for many years.
