there is an obstruction to view oncoming cars. I have no idea who this belongs to or even if the person lives near/in the neighborhood. I am requesting for someone to take a look and see if this is stolen, abandon ect.
The plumber stated that there is a crushed pipe near the water main, caller isn't sure if it is leaking now or severity
