An elder woman at 10410 Basson is having a sewer smell outside her home. The plumber came out and flushed her line (75 feet). The Plumber advised that she needed to contact the City regarding the sewer line. My name is Officer Davis (HPD). I will be assisting this lady with her sewer matter.
