Good place to live. The cabinets are way outdated but otherwise the place is fine have had a Saturday emergency repair situation and maintenance was there within 1 hour. New owner is hands on and it looks like she will keep the place in good condition. Place is full of friendly people and haven't had a bad neighbor yet. Dislikes - the pool is not open every weekend, old cabinets and vanities, and insulation quality i.e. weatherstripping and windows use a lot of electricity to keep the place at appropriate temperature. Will renew my lease if the price stays the same but will have to move if the price goes up because I will not pay more for the old cabinets. (I mentioned the cabinets a few times they really are pitiful)

I have only been here two months and I hate it and want to leave. Maintenance is never around which is only two guys. My a/c went out yesterday and it's 103 degrees outside. No one had returned my call and no one is in the office it's Friday at 1pm and no one answers the emergency line or regular office phone. I went threw this yesterday too. I have 6 months pregnant and I have a 11 month old baby and it is 100 degrees in my apartment and no one here will help me or return my call. Also since the day I moved in my bathroom has been infested with spinders I'm talking 20 spiders or more at a time and no one has done anything. The apartment was falling apart the day I moved in but still no one notified me of these issues. The offices excuse is that the person that lived here before me was nasty.... My sink disposal also stoppedworking a few ddays ago and no one has done anything and now ny kitchen smells like rotten food. I can't take it anymore

Different amts for different ppls as for the rent. Repairs can take mths to do a simple wall, flood or leak. Make ready , more money to come in always take first place on the calendar. 4 managers in 1 yr so far all have been liers and thieves. All old renter with any respect have moved , all new renters but few and all -------- in for little or nothing, manager Mexican...u figure it out. Sewage, anytime it rain, pool cover up, blue water, bacteria in water. No pool man, just maintance man doing pool bluing of water. Rent raised every yr if u renew or go month to month. Wild cats walk whole property . Crooks!!!

manager constantly lies about solving the problems. very poor maintance repars. Iam presently in a three week wait for a repair that should take 15 mins. not that that is the only one presently needed. but just that one could be done in 15 mins. rented to families with many children and pool is green for a yr now and no playground. nothing to feel proud about when visitors come over. sewage leakage weekly, roach infestation and stray cats on property. written 7*26-12

The Propetry is a lot better since the new manager has started . work orders are being done in a timely manner. I feel like this property will be back to the way it used to be years ago

Please don't j move here!!!!! It is horrible! They don't fix a damn thing, and never have the right thing to say to their residents.the management is terrible!!!!I have never seen such a person that let's other tenants view personal information on other tenants.this is the worst place that I have ever lived at.if I knew what I know now,I would have never chose this place.

Mangment isn't good at all, they dont fix,starting to move all these people in with bad kids they be hittn your car with the footballs,they brake they gates,at night you cant go outside with out smelling weed,sometime they try to over charge you on rent

I have just moved into Briar Park and LOVE this property!! Staff went beyond the call to make me happy. My apartment looked AWESOME when I moved in... I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

over all i like it here because the complex is small and quiet.i dont like that they dont fix things.there have been four office people since i have been here saying the same thing with no results for fixing things.parking is also for me cause my cars are around the corner!the three bedrm th i have is very outdated.i dont think they should be able to charge so much for something from the 70's.try to do your research when looking for your new place!

I was going to rent here but they never answer the phones for my questions and when i went they were all talking in their office ignor me for a while and had to ask the prices and stuff cuz she was just holding a conversation with her co worker and alot of guys hang around their like if they own the place and when i pass by in the middle of the night it looks like they sell drugs in that property i a real bad place to live
