I have been a resident of the Regency Walk Apartments for approximately 1yr. 1/2. Maintanace is the worst. Mr. Jeff is sooo non compliant,he temporarily fixes things for fake,he half does everything when he finally comes,their work order list is longer than the food stamp's office list, however I'm happy their are good people in the world thank GOD for Oscar. The management is the worst, Linda is a very evil, bull headed B*tch. She has a very nasty attitude and does not respect anyone;(shape,creed, or color.)My two favorite people of all are Miriam & Chrisitna they are both overworked and underpaid. They are also both very sympathetic and caring people whom I like very much. You Go Girlz! They owe you both an All Time Acheivement Award and most of all a raise.

I've been living here at RW for 8 months and it has been pure hell! Before moving here, I use to stop by on a regualr basis to see how the community and property was, and at that time things were nice and well taken care of. But now that im a resident here and all the the people from Katrina, makes this place a pure hell hole!! I'm not saying that the people from Katrina are the main reasons for the violence...But things didn't use to be this way before they came. The old manager Ms. Vicki was a nice person that talked to the residents. And The new manager now Ms. Linda is such a grouch! She's mean and talk to people like they have a tail...They aren't good at fixing up things around here...I still have a list of things that need to be fixed since the first day I moved in.. There have been MANY shootings and fights right outside my front door....And most places would send out a notice about the incident, but that wasn't the case here...There are alot of kids that be outside playing and you just never know when there will be a drive by or better yet a walk-by shooting. They have nice floorplans and are always running specials. But dont let that reel you in....Unless you like living in fear this is the place for you....If you like living ------ fab then hey, by all means, join in on the block party and have a blast!!!!
