When we moved in it was beautiful! We still love our community but would love to see the grounds being kept clean better by residents and groundskeepers. This has been a great experience so far. Thank you

Great location to everything, very quiet, friendly staff, friendly neighbors. I have enjoyed living here very much. If you're looking to be close to the action of Houston, Beacon is where it's at! The location is great as it is close to the freeway but not noisy. The maintenance gets work done quickly and efficiently. I've never had a problem the front office. Overall I love living here!

The apartment complex is very nice and clean. However the manager and stuff don't seem to be on the same page. If you'd like to feel like you are being discriminated against and stereotyped then the manager here is very good at that.

There is a very upscale feel here. The staff and maintenance team are friendly and attentive to the needs of the new residence. The atmosphere is a mature mixed of young and old. Neighbors are friendly.

This community used to be very nice. The office staff were very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Now that they have changed staff members Beacon at Buffalo Pointe is horrible. Cars are broken into, people litter outside because there are no trash cans besides the one at the dog park, wild parties are thrown at 1am, the trash chute door is broke so residents leave their trash outside smelling up the hallways and bringing up bugs from outside. I have killed so many roaches they literally keep crawling out of the air vent. The dryer you will receive does not work properly so you will have to repeat the cycle several times. This community is in a wonderful location however with all the issues my roommate and I have been having we will be moving as soon as our lease is up. It's not worth the amount of rent you pay.
