Do not live anywhere managed by Morgan Group. I finally moved out of Beacon at Buffalo Pointe after 4 years. The last couple were a disaster. They asked everyone to claim their garages because they didnt have records. We did that, and got confirmation. They then proceeded to dump EVERYTHING we stored in there. When we asked for compensation for the mistake, they were nice and said they'd help, but after a year and a half of going back and forth, now they're claiming they aren't responsible. Beyond this, the hallways were nasty, the elevators were either broken or covered in dog pee, and the pool was disgusting. I have had two friends who moved to the same complex, and had to be given a different apartment because they walked in to roaches and filth. Poor communication. Irresponsible with tenant records. The front desk people are nice, and this isnt their fault, but the management is terrible, unhelpful, and irresponsible.

This place has gone downhill! From the crime (people getting robbed) the bad tenants (throwing pool parties with smoking, loud music) hallways dirty, elevators never working, gates broken constantly, doors breaking down, people leaving doors propped open allowing anyone in causing a big security concern. Kids running amuck playing ding ding ditch. People leaving dog fecies in the hallway (which is carpet) people with dangerous dog breeds (which is not allowed per leasing agreement) summertime dog park area smell horrible! This place used to be amazing, quiet, and felt safe now they just letting anybody rent here and its trash. We pay to much money to have to deal with this mess! I'd recommend someplace else with these prices and issues we have to deal with.

Awesome people!!! love the community and the staff!!! Im glad i moved here, everything is just like the pictures, pool is amazing, gym is awesome, love the dog park. only thing that is a little frustrating is the parking.

The apartment itself is a very nice place to live. The issue being that cars constantly get broken into. I know of at least 10 separate occasions and every time 1-10 cars will have a shattered window. Nice community, apartments, and staff but the security is horrible. Not what I expected moving into a expensive gated community.

Do not lease from here. They do not care about their residents that are good, pay their rent on time, and cause no problems. Their lack of office organization causes the residents to be bugged with avoidable mistakes regarding multiple copies of the same paperwork, back paying on services, etc. The office staff has a condescending and belittling tone that is utterly uncalled for. I am always getting emails about cars getting broke into. The dog park is covered in poop, which is not safe for my dog. The apartments are cheaply made. Don't rent from here!

I am new to the Houston. It's been a great experience and I would recommend this property to other people. It's close to downtown and medical center areas. They have numerous shops and eating places between 15 to 20 minutes away.

the staff was great from day one, from management to maintenance. Everyone was polite,organized,very detailed,and clean. Everything was up to part when i moved in and the little things that needed to be fix was completed immediately.

Beacon Pointe is a beautiful luxury place. I enjoy the quiet residential family-friendly environment. Safety is a concern for myself as well as my vehicle. Beacon Pointe has experienced numerous vehicle break-ins since I moved to the property. The property should increase security through the complex with surveillance and additional security officers.

Frequent disturbances from neighbors, loud voices, music, banging on ceiling (from upstairs dropping heavy objects regularly), paper thin walls, can't sleep in my bedroom because next door plays music talking can be heard plainly through wall,lack of response from complaints ( continues even after reporting)

So far so good. Been here 2 years, only complaint are people's pets. Other than that maintenance handles things quickly and the office staff is is nice and friendly. I use all the amenities, gym, coffee, printer, conference room, pool, & club house !!
