We recently moved in to our new one bedroom apartment. When they were moving us in first things went smoothly and didn't take much time but as we continue to live here we see why we should've took more time to look at more options. The staff is super lazy about fixing things at the apartment. And then communication is horrible. They recently painted over a parking spot making it go from non reserved to reserved. So when my husband came home at night to park in the normally not reserved spot he wasn't aware bc just the day before it was open. So they toewed his car and left us w a 300 unnecessary bill from the tow yard to go pick up our car. I feel like if communication about these things through email or visible signs signifying the newly reserved spot would have worked. I feel like the apt complex should take up this expense bc of there bad communication and not informing the residents of these changes. Last night it was raining and probably pretty hard to see so you couldn't even visibly read the paint they tried to hurriedly paint over. I would not recommend this place. The paint is always peeling everywhere on the stairs outside on the patio and now our tub. The dishwasher decides to not work every other day. And the toilet always runs water for an extended period of time after flushing it prob making our water bill go up. Take your time to look at other places bc the cheap price is not worth the bad service, poor communication, an unprofessionalism.

It’s nothing but SLUMlords here. They don’t care about the residents’ well-being, and just want to collect rent monies. They don’t fix nothing, have electrical issues and plumbing problems. They need to be condemned honestly! Consistently changing management and nobody they put in that office, gives a ---- about the people. They just put you in anything just to fill up the empty spaces they have.

I'm sorry I moved here in December 2021 since I've been living in these apartments since last year there been two different apartment owners in these apartments and no one never comes to fix anything I complain each and every day for them to come fix my heating my AC stopped working it was leaking water from the AC unit in the bathroom which is electric could have caused a major issue no one ever came to fix it took them a week to come fix it the power in the kitchen lights don't work the carpet is it's like tearing from around the edges because of vacuum and so much the carpet is coming up it's still worse no one ever comes with anything and then they want to charge $100 for the pick up your trash for kids throw your trash on the side of the building I want to charge the residents $100 portrait is outside and then the door knobs in my house apartment or keep falling off everything is falling apart and they want to raise the rent and I can have a two bedroom one bath they want to charge me $1,233 a month just to live here and no one ever comes to fix anything the shower head is broken off on my shower water leaks everywhere and everywhere in the bathroom the door knobs on the bedrooms fell off everything just just falling apart here I wonder why my light bill is $300 because the AC doesn't really work well

The staff and managers are awesome apartments are clean and nice the mantanice team are very efficient and friendly. All orders for mantanice are time neat. The Apartment it self is clean. The Apartment are nice

Worst apartments ever. A week later I regret moving here. Definitely thinking about breaking lease smh. They never come to fix things. I move here Sep 1,2021. Today is 12/26/21 I put in about 4 requests for ac. This is Houston ac is a necessity thing. They haven’t come and fix the things that were supposed to be done way before they gave us the apt. No matter how many time you report and go talk to them they will always give you an excuse and they said tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes. They say that will come right back and never do. I’m in a 2 bedroom Apt. My light bill shouldn’t be $300 a month. Running ac and it’s hasn’t been cooling my place. Wasting all my energy. I’m disappointed cause I thought things were going to be different. And I’m becoming frustrate at my money wasted on electricity. Never, ever try to move in to these apartments. There’s many of other, reasons such as poor wiring issues. I had to use my microwave on my dining table for a month cause the outlets didn’t work. Put the request in took a month for fixed. Water shut downs, hot water out, bad parking issues, poor ac and heating system, and poor garbage handling inside apartment complex. You can complain in person, send emails, but its has little affect on its management. Sorry to write all this but its a great reality. So ready to move out. Sincerely a very furious tenant. Btw the other 5 stars reviews are fake. No one who actually live here will glorify these apts. Again horrible apts. Second management company since I been here. Just shut these apts down already please.

please dont go there and I cant wait to get out of this trash called apartment, management is poor and lied to you every time you visit them, I cant have access to my mail box for the past 3 weeks now and they don't care, parking lot problem, allowed more than 4 people in one bedroom with 6 cars and when you complained about this issue the management don't care, trash every where, the main gate of the apartment is wide open come day and night in south west Houston close to Bissonnet and yet the management don't care about the life of the tenant but they are good in collecting there rent. Shut the hot water on you without notice during the winter and worst of all roaches every where have spent a lot on getting Raid every 2 weeks but they keep on coming from no where and apartment charges pesticides fees every month but they want you to come to office and request for services they charges from you every month.

I lived at the onyx since 7/2018.I had no problem until water fell in my face while I was asleep from out of the ceiling.Than the lady above my apartment in 1704 open a nail salon.The smells was so strong coming through our vents.My grandson who waa on my lease couldn't live there anymore.I sent emails back and forth to the manager Ms liz,but nothing got done.Until I told hee that TX DPS was coming out.She warned the lady upstairs so she clean for 2days straight and cooked to take away the smell.The neighbors across from me became friends with her upstairs so it was more against us.The people in apartment 1803 jumped on my husband and I ran to get him off and went to jail,They didn't record them jumping my husband,but record me running from out of the car to push and defend him.He and I have underline health conditions.The manager could have showed the cops letters that I gave her a week before and a few days before,that I had received from police headquarters on Travis street.I guess that they was tried of me complaining.Than was getting ready to go to church on 9/26/2021 around 10:15am& my husband was afraid to tell me that they had scratch my car.My car didn't even have over 1,000 miles on it.The lady upstairs got away real good.She had threatened me 2nights before in front of the firefighters and cops,but they didn't take her to jail.She told me things and I told her things back and was arrested.Still manager didn't do anything.Instead let her do what she wanted.I have the proof of emails and video of everything.Went Friday to give my other key to get proof im gone and one of the staff members put my letter on the ground and told me to pick it up.Anything anyone needs can call and get proof.

Do not live here. The owners/ management are terrible. The property is not well kept, the management is not courteous at all. The gates never work right, the property is always full of trash, laundry rooms are nasty never cleaned, they have too many flags, signs that make the place look cheap,. They lease to anyone who can breathe. Better to live somewhere else!

I hate it here everything in my apartment wrong I can’t even shower without my toilet over flooding to my bedroom. I put in multiple maintenance orders still haven’t had anything done to my apartment yet. The walls have mildew inside of them. The rent is never the same it always go up we pay well over 1000 a month and they don’t see nothing wrong with it . The won’t release us out our lease we just trying to go and live somewhere better but it feels like they trapped us here. I don’t know what else to do
