Adriana was super helpful and nice even though she seemed busy she was really great. The property was nice and clean and it’s the perfect location right across the mall and all the restaurants excited to possibly moving here this upcoming year.

The apartment itself is fairly nice and the amenities would be nice. The pool is closed more than its open and don't dare ask the office about it or you will get a nasty reply and get hung up on. The gym would be nice but is often dirty and out of supplies. Parking garage is nice because you can park on your own floor and the elevator is out a couple times a year. Location is nice and one lady (Kathy) in the office is nice. If you want to use amenities or expect good customer service, this is not the place for you.

Resident since August 2022, package stolen from door step (Dec) welcome mat stolen from door step (Sep)...extremely loud neighbors. Parking garage access is a bit narrow and people (stupidly) drive fast through garage making it sometimes difficult safely enter and exit. Also, ATT cell phone service is terrible here. I have to use wifi for calls, calls drop, etc. I have tried 2 different phones and have not been able to resolve the issue. I sometimes have to go outside just to make phone calls. I definitely do not recommend, especially for cost of rental versus safety/ comfort.

Have to be an active apartment for an extended time I have seen much change. My biggest issue is here our lack of consistency. I believe this issue was down to the owner and then falls on the managements shoulders. Simple things may have broken and repaired however, my biggest issue is staying here is how the overall apartment life is dwindling vastly. It seems as though Anybody can stay here. There’s a little regulation for the amenities and just about anybody can come here and have an event at the expense of the people who live here. I personally don’t recommend staying here to anyone. While it is the cheapest luxury apartment in the area, it’s not worth the peace. Lots of smoking and other activity here. Go up the street.

If you are looking for a safe, clean place to live, this is not the place! My truck got broken into about a year ago and just recently my catalytic converters were stolen. I was always hearing about other break-ins (cars and apts), wheels stolen on about a monthly basis. The parking garage is not safe at night, for cars or people. Trash is constantly being left in the hallways and stairwells. Overall the worst place I've ever lived and I have lived in quite a few different complexes.

The complex is nice BUT the leasing staff is horrible. They do not care about you or your property. The gates are always broken which allows anyone to drive in and out of the gated community. My car was broken into and the property manager closed her door when I came to report the incident. Her minion sitting in the front of the office decided to argue with me basically calling me a liar about the situation. They gave the police and me the run around about seeing the surveillance. Two weeks after the incident occurred they allowed the officer to see the footage. When he came to view the footage they informed him it expired so he would not be able to see it. They also waited 2 weeks to inform the community about the incident. This place is NOT safe. They let the trash in the garage overflow. They leave the dumpsters outside all day and night. They do not clean the halls and elevators correctly. They mop the floors with old mop water that smells like dog urine. With all the money they collect from renters they should make sure the community is nice and clean always. Please do not move here. Yes, the location is great BUT you want to feel respected and safe where you live and you will not feel that way living here.

Good and bad. Pros: Great location. Nice Gym and pool. Office people are nice. Parking garage is the same level where I live. Bright hallway. Package locker. Cons: It's by I-10. It's tooooo noisy and too dusty even I never open the windows. Nice balcony is useless because bad air and noise. It's unhealthy. I have some health issue after I moved in. Coughing and Tinnitus is the worst thing. I have 7 air cleaners and clean the filter often. And the bathroom fans are crazy loud. I can't turn it on while taking shower. Some dog owners don't clean the urine inside of the apartment building, hallways, stairs... Office never reply email. They never called me back if I left messages. Hard to reach them after hour. They adding package lockers but it's not enough so the carriers left the packages at each front doors. Many packages stolen. Many incidents such as car theft, theft from vehicle and break in after I moved in here. Fortunately I have never had any issues. Shocking sound when neighbors(next door, across, upstairs) slam the door. Noise from upstairs and downstairs. This apartment look nice but not worth.

I have enjoyed living in this complex over the last three years. It is ver quiet and I like my neighbors. The front office has been very accommodating and Kathy has been great to work with - I've had a very good experience living here. Almir

All staff is great at the front! Great area and community! You have access to a lot of big department stores, activities, schools are all around & your right off the freeway. Never any traffic build up around the apartment roads. The freeze got the best of us but they were in communication the whole time
