CALLER STATED THAT AT ABOVE ADDRESS THERE ARE TWO TRAILERS IN THE BACKYARD AND ONE OF THE TRAILERS IS AGAINST THE FENCE AND SOME DIRTY WATER, POSSIBLY SEWAGE, DRAINING FROM TRAILER AND IS COMING INTO HIS BACKYARD.
