This is an abandoned property. The fence is falling apart. The weeds in the back yard have grown over 2 feet tall. Multiple areas of stagnant water - mosquito issues. Abandoned vehicle in back yard with rubbish everywhere. Pests are seen coming in and out of the home (raccoons, possums, etc.) Snakes and other animals have migrated into our yard as a result. The back yard is infested with tall weeds, trash, refrigerators, mattresses, and an old truck. I've reported this to the city on multiple occasions to no avail. We continue to see an increase in possums, raccoons, etc. and we've even had some dead cats mysteriously ending up in our back yard. We've had to call the city on at least four occasions to come out and pick up the animal corpses from our curb. This is just in the last six or seven months.
