The apartment grounds are clean. The area where my apartment is, is very quiet. I really only have one complaint. There is a serve roach problem in the kitchen and bathroom areas. They have come to exterminate however the problem is still there.

I cant complain about this property! The grounds are always kepted up. Maintanance is great, I had a small problem and it was fixed within the day. The leasing agents were very helpful in moving me in right away, no hassels! I've lived here for a few months now and ive had no problems, my neighbors are great! so no complaints here

I HAVE LIVED AT THE FORUM FOR 3 YEARS NOW. I HAVE SEEN MAYBE TWO MANAGMENT COMPANIES COME AND GO. THIS CURRENT COMPANY IS NOT A BAD OFFICE STAFF. THEY TRY TO GET THINGS DONE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE AND THE LEASING CONSULTANTS ARE GREAT.I DO LIKE THE FACT THAT THE GATES ARE ALWAYS TAKEN CARE OF, WHEN I CALL ABOUT A GATE BEING DOWN IT GETS FIXED BEFORE THE DAY IS OVER WITH. I DO HAVE NEIGHBORS THAT ARE LOUD, BUT FOR WHAT I PAY FOR I CAN NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT MY WALLS. WITH A GREAT MAINTAINCE STAFF AND OFFICE STAFF THEY TRY TO MAKE MY LIFE HEAR ALOT EASIER THAN WHERE I HAVE LIVED IN THE PASSED.

When I moved here I was under the impression from the leasing consultants that they had zero tolerance and the grounds were safe and patrolled by the police. It was a lie the gates are always open day and night I have not seen the police all but once. The people that live around me are loud, drink, and use drugs all the time. I reported it but still nothing was done by the leasing consultants so much for zero tolerance. Since the Louisiana evacuees came there are now transvestites here which is flat out digesting. Last but not least the apartments are roach infested if I could have done it all over I would have not moved in the Forum Apartments PLEASE look elsewhere!<br>

The apartment I live in is nice. I like the floor plan alot. The only problem I have are the noisy neighbors. The walls must be paper thin. Management is OK, I really can't say anything too bad about the. It's not the best neighborhood in the world but it is also far from being the worst. My apartment is on the side where the beltway is, the smaller of the two parking lots and it's not too bad, but the noise from the beltway is starting to get on my nerves. Overall I'd have to say that I would not recommend living here.

Either the entrance and/or exit gates are always open. Why bother with security when there is none.

If you like parking lot parties, neighbors that have at least 50 guests a night and loud music at night, then go ahead and move here. <br>The place looked nice and quiet in the day but at night it turned into your worst nightmare. <br>Pass this one by.
