No sewer odors found upon arrival. Sewer main in area has no sewer odors. Check multiple manholes in area Needs to refer to Water Quality Department to take water samples. Customer stated that they have a real bad odor smell only when they turn on water inside the house.
Please contact the citizen 7136894424 before arriving to the home, please refer back too 12402448-101003624133 3rd request on this matter the huge hole underneath driveway(manhole)which the hole is covered up by a steel plate, but its a strong odor coming from the hole.Please contact the citizen as soon as possible citizen will like to speak to a Supervisor about the hole by the driveway.

Contact was made with the caller Frank Green 281-912-5018. This is a Houston Waste Water issue due to there is a cave in next to the waste water manhole #3483289 (UFID #348865). The cave in has been secured with a steel plate. This issue will be referred to Houston Waste Water for further investigation. Dispatch has been notified of this issue.
