There is no ac in the unit.
extractor does not work, fridge not working, freon comes out, living room has a water leak,stove not working, They are kicking her out of apartment this month

Citizen states the plumbling does not work in his unit. The complex gave him a key to a different unit to use the restroom and take a shower but that unit does not have any lights.

PERMIT VIOLATION / RESIDENTS ARE RUNNING A RESTAURANT OUT OF THE APARTMENT THEY SELL FOOD EVERY FRIDAY AND HAVE LOTS OF TRAFFIC COMING IN AND OUT.
Caller states that maintenance is repairing sewer lines in unit 171( next door to him) and they are dumping the sewer water in the trash dumpster. The smell is very bad. Spanish caller.
