very greedy and rude management they lie when they do something wrong. they have huge RATS inside apartments and are slow to maintainance. they mow the lawn more than anything else. they are also prejudice to black tenants.

no vengan la renta de tu apartamento porque no sirven para nada a mí el fin del baño se estaba todo tapado se llama está arriba de agua y se metió al cuarto y se mojó toda la cama y el de mantenimiento me está faltando el respeto no vengan a rentar el apartamento porque no sirve se le estoy diciendo yo que tengo un niño especial se llenó lavamano del baño hasta arriba y ese viejo me faltó el respeto de mantenimiento uno que está flaco que la chamaca que trabaja aquí se cree mucho porque trabaja aquí así que no vengan a rentar apartamento para qué nos sirve mal servicio mal obra mal mal servicio y me están cobrando un baño que no tome lo quebramos de mantenimiento que le puso todo pagado y flojo y es el de mantenimiento tiene la culpa y me están cobrando una cosa que yo no la quebré

This are some of the worst apartments I ever lived in. No sireven esto apartamentos. El de mantenimiento puso el toilet mal y se ruino y me lo están cobrando a mi y me sacaron el pago me mi renta y ahora me están cobrando parte de la renta y si no lo pago me tengo que mover en tres dias. Tambien el sink del baño se salió el agua y se le mojó la cama de mi hijo y teníamos tirarla a la basura. La manejar nos grita y son muy injustas más la asistente. No les recomiendo que vivan aqui.

I am the daughter of one of the tenants at this apartment complex. The staff here is incompetent and extremely rude. They need to take housing and customer service classes. The apartment where my mother lives has been with no a/c for three days. Could anyone imagine being with no a/c in this weather? My mother has health issues. I called the manager to discuss the issue, her answer was that I was not in the lease and she was not going to discuss the situation with me. I would recommend for anyone who wants to rent here DO NOT MOVE TO THIS COMPLEX!

By far Horriable ive been there for 6-7 months.When i first moved in my sink would constantly flooded my apt so bad over half my childs toys were trashed.Maintenice sucks that dumb --- guy has no clue what hes doing.I steady have had problems with these people.Esmarrelda the ------ in the office is rude and has no clue how to run a buisness.I have pictures of 3 of they apts filthy with spiders roaches and mold.Nothing works and when i ask for my things fix im told to move out,i had to move apts because of the flooding and in that apt my sink did the same thing plus it had 1000s of roaches dead in the sink.The apt smelled like somethung died in it when i transferd there.Also Please keep a eye on your small kids because again the ------- leave the pool gate wide open so small kids can possiable get in there and drown.Just yesturday i was informed Essmrelda went into my home and i havent been served or evicted.she will make some dumb exscuse up just to go into your apt.Shes very racist she started cussing my husband out infront of new tendents two days again.She refussed my rent and refusse to give the corporate number to the tents because they knew they would get fired asap.The trash there is ridicules theres coaches and beds throwen all over the dumpsters.They take your ---- off your porch and through it away.Please dont rent from these idiots there a waste and before i moved in i read the reviews but apparently did not see the reviews on here because everything horriable said is TRUE.They will try to get you for your money i paid some of my rent with one of the ladys in thw office and got a receipt with a 200 balance left and Esmarelda is dumb af she try to make me pay almost 700 till she was put in her place and these people will change your locks to your apt and refuss to let you in even if you are not served or evicted.I am moving but its ------ i pay my bills and these people treat you like that and make yiur kids live in filth.Plus the sewage is damn near flooded through 3 apt buildings.Always record what happens when you enter there Esmarelda will flip ---- around in a heart beat so watch that scadles -----.

Worst of the worst we been here for 3 months now it took 7 days to get a stove and was not even working took a whole month to get a good stove since we moved in I been 9 times at the office asking for maintenance untill today nobody had show up the manager keeps telling me she is going to send someone the next day just lies, no fire alarm , leaking in the kitchen and in the bathroom roof too which is getting worse the vent doesnt work , and saturday april 18th 2015 with the heavy rain the water get inside the bedroom half of the carpet is wet and is starting to smell and the manager just told me that with in the next few days she is going to bring her supervisor to see if they can fix it and changed the carpet ..... How hard is to send people and get it fix witn in 24 hrs? she also said that i can get out and she can released me from the contract .

Very disappointed with apartments and safe. Very unsafe and high crime location!!!!!!!!!

BRAND NEW WOOD FLOORS, PAINT , COUNTER TOPS, WATER HEATERS ,.........THIS PROPERTY IS SO BEAUTIFUL...I AM GLAD I MOVED HERE....ITS BEEN MONEY WELL SPENT, WHILE I AM SAVING FOR A HOUSE...... RENT IS MODESTLY CHEAP, BUT EVERYTHING HAS BEEN RE-MODELED......IT IS A VERY FAMILY ORIENTED PLACE TOO LIVE.......
