The elevator in condominium building at 102 Quitman has been out of service since the last week of April 2021. I have reached out to The Rise Management Company who handles maintenence issues. They have not given a date as to when the elevator will be repaired and have only explained that they received a repair estimate from one company for the amount of 30K. The Manager explained they are collecting estimates from other companies but hasn't provided evidence of those estimates. There are elders
During the winter storm in February the Unit I reside in at 102 Quitman experienced water leaks. I reported this issue to the issue to the HOA. And inspector came out and determined that one of the leaks may have been from condensation from the building sprinkler system but he wasn't sure if they other leaks occurred from damage from the roof. During the last rain we encountered I suffered a centipede Infestion and experienced a moldy smell in my unit. The HOA hasn't offered any remedies to this
