The apartments are currently under a makeover. The inside is like nothing I have seen before pure elegance and beauty. HUGE BATHTUB WITH JETS!! I highly reccomend this place to anyone. The rates are fare and the inside is just like a brand new apt!!!!!!!!

I APPLIED FOR AN APARTMENT HERE FOR THE $99.00 SPECIAL... WHICH HAPPENED TO BE BACK IN APRIL, I WAS ABOUT TO BE HOMELESS.. I WAS TOLD THAT I ONLY NEEDED TO MOVE IN FOR $99.00 W/ NO APPLICATION FEE!!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BE RIPPED OFF AND LEFT HOMELESS? COME ON BY AND SEE THE HEARTLESS THIEVES OVER @ 10161 WESTPARK DR (PARKWEST PLACE APARTMENTS) THE PLACE WHERE YOU'LL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR REFUND NOR CAN THEY ACTUALLY GIVE YOU A CORRECT PHONE NUMBER TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE..THIS IS THE MONTH OF JUNE, I STILL HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET MY REFUND OF $99.00 OR EVEN A PORTION OF IT... I thought I did the right thing by having an address/crime check done through HPD for an extensive period of time prior to signing a lease. Once I got here I found out that we have more than a few felons on site. One night I saw 2 hookers leaving out of one of the apartments heading to Westpark. Some of these folks would play dominoes for 4-5 hours straight outside by the pool during the week...I was probably one of 5 gainfully employed residents. People yell outside to one another, play loud music inside & outside of their apartments with blatant disregard for anyone that actually has a job to go to the following morning. I cannot recall one time that I had pest control guys come into my apartment. I've dealt with everything from spiders, roaches, ants, and other bugs I had never seen before! It is such a shame, because these are possibly the most gorgeous and unique apartments I've ever seen (see through fireplace, washer/dryer comes standard in every unit, jacuzzi bathtub with a separate shower.) Keep looking, do not stop here! Better yet, just buy/rent a house. This is my fifth apartment. I truly believe that there is no such thing as a peaceful apartment community!
