Cement in front of driveway at 1015 Omar St. blocking ability of 1019, 1021, and 1023 to sufficiently drain water from drainage ditch during heavy rain. Also, ditch at 1015 is full of backed up dirt causing curb lawn to grow into ditch. Has not been cleaned out or remedied because homeowner nor anyone else has lived on property for decades. Backing up of drainage for 1019, 1021 and 1023 Omar Street occurs during heavy rains and can flood cars parked on the side of the street during storms.
