trashing all over the front yard. Plates, bags of chips etc. Oil draining into the ditch and grass area from truck leaking oil.

Red Ford Explorer. Gray bumper. leaking oil on drive way into ditch. Home owner pushes truck out driveway everyday to move other cars. Owner sometimes leaves the truck in the street blocking the whole road because it hasn't started in over a month.
Construction site. Code enforcement has been out twice about piles of trash. Bottled water, beer cans, to go boxes and a lot more trash on the ground. The trash is Al in the ditch.
Water bottles, oil containers, plastic, to go containers from lunch in yard and ditch.
