Chavonne is a good leasing agent . I was shocked to know she was the manager and she still leasing apartments. I think I will be happy. She said she lives on property so I hope all my issues are addressed fast. Denise smile was cool and she has the gift of gab and quick to get me the help I need all the time . I love it here - clean property and the maintenance is good.

TL;DR: units are 7/10, management is 2/10 Invasion of privacy, locks changed without notifying, and lack of communication. I have been living here for almost 4 years, there has been 3 different management companies. The units themselves are not bad. I would rate it a 7/10. The washing machines/dryers were always broken, but I think they installed newer models recently. Neighbors aren’t too noisy. There’s plenty of parking spaces because a lot of people moved out when they raised the rent. For the first three years I had minimal issues, nothing crazy. I kept to myself, payed my rent on time. BUT with this new management company it has been issue after issue. The office staff is nice, but there is a HUGE PROBLEM with lack of communication. They have allowed construction crews into my apartment MULTIPLE TIMES without notifying me. These crews leave a mess behind, and leave my DOOR UNLOCKED when they’re done. I have expressed to management MULTIPLE TIMES that this is an INVASION OF MY PRIVACY; they apologize, say it won’t happen again AND THEN IT HAPPENS AGAIN. Just this past week I came home to a bunch of men in my apartment, all of my furniture bunched up in the middle of my living room, and everything that I had on my walls was on the floor. Oh and did I mention that management CHANGED MY LOCKS WITHOUT TELLING ME. I came home at 7pm and couldn’t get into my apartment. I am extremely disappointed with how things have been handled and at this point I’m ready to move out.
