very bad management especially when the new womern Eva, the -------- lady become the manager and the guy Chowa (I'm not sure of the spelling). They are unpolite and nonfriendly, every time they want to be the winner and try to screw you. I remember I got a lot of times problem with water and when i call them they said that the maintenance guys doing their works and it will be fixed soon and guis what?!! two days to repair the water problem and the same thing with the AC on Aug and five days without AC. they are layers layers. In addition to that the area is very bad and the cleaning of the complex is very bad and every time you smell the bad odor (which become charcteristic to that complex).

What to expect when you move into Forum Plaza 1) They have a faulty water system and are always working on the water lines, therefore for days in a row you will have no water. 2) Others you will have cold water, but no hot water. 3) Frequent power surges, one so bad I had to replace my whole computer 4) Electricty goes out frequently. 5) Faulty breaker boxes, therefore some of the electricty will work, while others will not. Air conditioner, TV, washer and dryer untis all go out periodically. 6) Maintaince to respond to issues according to their mood. If there mood is good, quick service......not so good good be weeks. 7) I had a maintance emergency one time and the problem did not get fixed for nearly 3 weeks. 8) Theft. I experienced a theft after only 1-2 months of living here. 9) Pizza Deliever drivers wont deliever pizza to your house if you live there. 10) Break-ins People going around breaking windows. If these are things you can live with, then by all means. The saying "you get what you pay for," I am not sure if that saying applies here. You get better service at a motel.

I had lived in this apartment complex for 1 1/2 years and this place was one of the worst that I have lived in. I should have paid more attention to the many red flags that came up in my initial conversations with the apartment staff. For starters; they wanted me to pay first and last months rent, which I did pay. Second; after signing the rent agreement it was very hard for me to get my copy from the management. It took me two months to get my copy of the rent agreement. And, even then Ruby acted like it was an inconvenience. Third; we agreed on the monthly rent to be $475 per month, after the third month of residing in this apartment complex, Ruby said that I was short on two months rent. I showed Ruby the copy of the rent agreement that she didn't want to let me have. She then reluctantly had to agree to the contract and resend her notice. Fourth; at the end of the first lease agreement was up, the same problem arose about shortage of the rent. Again, I did pay the agreed amount and again Ruby was reluctant to resend the notice. At this time I voiced my complaint to Ruby about terminating the contract agreement on these ground and Rudy did not see why I was so upset at the situation, but she sited that I did not give her 60 days notice. I reluctantly agreed, but I only wanted to sign a six months agreement. At the first part of this agreement everything went alright at first. Then I came up sick at the time when rent was due. I had to pay all late fees. This was my first mistake with them; after that time, with each month that went by I paid my rent on time even if I was sick. I continued to request a copy of my rent check and asked the receiver to sign and date the copy as proof that I paid the agreed amount and on time. Even this was not enough and Ruby continued sending me notices that I was late on my rent. If it weren't for the fact that I made them make a copy of each rent check that I wrote to them, my situation would have been worse. Fifth; after the last notice that Ruby said that I was late with my rent; I gave her my 60 days notice. Ruby accepted the notice, and again; I though things would be alright. Then, when I went to the apartment to do my final cleaning; Ruby had changed the lock on the door. When I called numerous times to get in contact with Ruby, the answer that she gave me was that I did not pay my last months rent. I knew that this was a lie, and that I had in fact paid my First and Last Months Rent. In all of my dealing with this apartment complex and Rudy as the manager of this complex, it is very clear that both Ruby and her staff will not honor any agreement no matter even if it is written down on paper.

I move in here 2 years ago right when the new managemnt had taken over. the apartment is nice considering my 1 bedroom has washer and dryer connections. They are at a descent price. The manager lives on the premises and it's always quite, they even have security at night and security cameras. Everytime I need something done I get prompt response. The manager Ruby is very help full. I lost my job last year instead of throwing me out onto the street she helped me get assistance to get my rent paid and also helped me find a job. I have never lived somewhere where the landlord actually cares about there tenants. Thanks to her and the managemnt me and my daughter still have a place to live and I now have a better job than I had.
